I took the opportunity during my lunch hour to join in with flag waving crowds to welcome the Tour of Britain to Matlock. Hundreds of people, young and old, lined the roads around Crown Square to cheer on the cyclists as they flew past (so fast that I only managed to get one photo!).
It was very exciting and the sun came out too, showing Derbyshire in all its glory.
